Binding assay (RI method)
- Radio isotope labeling with [32P] adenosine triphosphate at the 5-end of the aptamer
- Interaction with label free target antigen and [32P] labeled aptamer
- Partition of aptamer-protein complex through nitrocellulose filter plates
- Analysis of binding curves
  (generation of dissociation constant(Kd) and Binding Max(Bmax) each candidate sequence)

Competition binding assay
- Determination the presence of selectivity for atpamer against a target protein with individual
  label- free ligand (aptamer or antibody)
- Testing of binding affinity with RI method
- Analysis of competition binding assay

Trimming
- Design of truncated or/and optimized sequences
- Testing of binding affinity (RI method) of each truncated or/and optimized sequence
- Analysis of truncated or/and optimized results

- Aptamers have many attributes that make them suitable for target validation. Aptsci provides a various
